Your ballot depends on where you live. Caldwell County publishes a sample ballot for each election as soon as the ballot is set, and each one is labelled with the precinct or the district it covers. View your sample ballot once it is posted for the coming election, then check your registration and polling place before you go.
Texas Election Code § 52.008
If you print sample ballots for anything other than personal use, they must be printed on yellow paper. To determine your election precinct, refer to the left side of your voter registration card. Your eligibility to vote in specific elections is based on your residential address and its placement within established district boundaries.

Your three-digit election precinct number is printed on your voter registration certificate, beside your year of birth. If you do not have your certificate to hand, look yourself up online.

Caldwell County voters elect federal, state, county and local offices.
