The Elections Office administers voter registration, early voting, Election Day polling places, and the elections Caldwell County conducts for cities, school districts and other local subdivisions. Se habla español.

• Archived records — rosters, results and other records from past elections are held by this office. Recent results and Early Voting & Election Day rosters are posted on the Election Results page; results older than two years can be requested by submitting a public information request. For anything else, call (512) 668-4347 or email caldwellec@co.caldwell.tx.us.
• Contracting for election services — a local political subdivision that wishes to contract with the Elections Department should email ElectionsAdmin@co.caldwell.tx.us.
• Other county business — this office handles elections and voter registration only. Other county offices are listed with their own direct numbers in the county contact directory.

If something went wrong at a polling place, or you believe an election law was not followed, tell this office first — call (512) 668-4347 or email caldwellec@co.caldwell.tx.us. To make it formal, complete the county's complaint form and return it to the Elections Office: Elections Complaint Form (PDF, 141 KB).
