Primary elections are administered by each political party; party notices are posted as this office receives them.

Printing sample ballots
Under Texas Election Code § 52.008, sample ballots printed for anything other than personal use must be printed on yellow paper. To determine your election precinct, check the left side of your voter registration certificate — your ballot depends on your residential address and its district boundaries.

The two lists above are the documents this office publishes for the current cycle. Everything Caldwell County has filed for an election since 2018 — orders and notices of election, Early Voting Ballot Board and Central Counting Station notices, logic and accuracy testing, sample ballots, polling places, provisional-ballot notices, orders of cancellation, and the rosters of voters who voted — is listed by election in the election document archive. Each link states the file format and size.
County political parties
Primary elections are maintained by each political party in the county: the Caldwell County Democratic Party and the Caldwell County Republican Party. Campaign finance filings for state and county offices are with the Texas Ethics Commission.
Archived records
Orders of Election, Notices of Election, Early Voting Ballot Board notices, and cancellation orders for every election Caldwell County has conducted since 2018 are in the election document archive; result reports are in the result archive. The underlying files are also browsable in the county Document Center under election records.
